If the Florida and Michigan votes are counted, then Hillary Clinton is ahead of Barrack Obama by 32,360 Votes.

Obama would have a total of 18,189,205 votes will Clinton would have 18,221,565 votes.

Should we count the Florida and Michigan Votes?
